Foot Massage

A foot massage helps to relax the whole body, helping you to sleep better, and leaving you with rejuvenated energy. It also helps with the circulation of blood around the body, promoting cell repair and growth. By applying firm pressure on certain areas of the foot can result in a drop in the body’s stress hormone. 

 

The treatment begins with a foot bath in water which has been infused with wild-crafted or pure organic oils, followed by the massage. 

 

The treatment can also be combined with an Aromatherapy Massage or Indian Head Massage.
